 Adams Farm villas consist of 6 exclusive designer villas on an 80 cent fully enclosed plot with 24 hours security. The approach road to the enclave is wide enough to accommodate any size of traffic. Or, by crediting the amount directly to Mahadeva constructions A/c No 772163320, INDIAN Bank, Thodupuzha Branch, Thodupuzha, 685 584. .Please uses the SWIFT CODE system for all remittances by cheque/draft.

  • You, the Buyer, and MAHADEVA CONSTRUCTIONS the seller, will then execute an ‘Agreement for Purchase’ of the villa incorporating the payment schedule.
  • If you are an NRI residing outside India, the agreement will be sent to your address abroad for your signature.
  • This will be followed by your payment of the first installment, i.e. 25% of the total cost. The sale deed for the land is then executed in your name with the government registering authority, and you will become the absolute owner of your plot.
  • Should you wish to do so, if the supporting papers are  clear, 80% of the balance amount can be availed as home loan from the
    • HDFC (Housing development Financial Cooperation)
  • We then start construction of your villa. The balance payments are made by you, or by the bank, on completion of each stage of construction.
  • The villa will be completed within 18 months from the date of starting foundation work

  • On execution of construction agreement & registration of sale deed for land (less booking amount) - 25% of total cost 

The villa will be completed in 18 months. Payments are based only on the progress of construction of the villa. The land will be registered in the buyer’s name initially itself by executing the sale deed  

The building permit of each individual villa is obtained in the buyer’s name only. Construction will be undertaken as per the construction agreement executed by the builder and the buyer.
